Scottish Rugby are excited to relaunch the Youth Panel for the 2022/23 Season. The Youth Panel will act as the voice for young people across Scottish rugby, providing insight and sharing their experiences across the organisation. If you are 16-24 years of age this is your opportunity to help shape the direction of rugby development going forward.
Scottish Rugby are seeking to develop a panel of 16 individuals from all walks of life, with differing needs and a wealth of youth experience and knowledge. The panel will be tasked to champion what young people think the rugby environment should look like going forward in Scotland. Individuals with a passion for rugby and sport development are invited to apply.

Members of the panel will play an important role in informing young people of key developments within Scottish Rugby through their club/sport networks, the Youth Panel’s activities and the use of social media. The Youth Panel seeks to expand its influence significantly within Scottish Rugby through the development of youth/community initiatives and key focus areas which will be determined by the panel themselves after its creation.
