Today Past President Jim Varney left us for the last time Few of the many people present at Holmsford Bridge
would possibly remember that Jim had the singing voice of a choir chorister in his younger days and many a church concert was graced by his singing His rendering of “Flow gently sweet Afton ” was unforgettable .
