Update on SRU’s ‘Return to Rugby Roadmap’ –
The SRU has just released details on easing rugby activities for players aged 17 years or under. The new regulations for this age group will come into effect on 5th April 2021; the details can be found HERE .
Briefly, players aged 17 years and under are now permitted to travel between local authority areas to participate in training and limited touch rugby. Please see the link above for full details. Players aged over 18 are still not permitted to travel between these areas for any rugby activities.
