We are sad to inform you of the passing of Jim McQueen
Jim played for 10 years with Old Spierians, then made 121 appearances for Garnock’s 1st XV. He also starred in the 2nd XV for several years, including famously winning the Ayrshire Junior Cup in 1981. He was also a regular spectator and sponsor of the Club.
The family have asked us let everyone know that Jim’s funeral is on Friday 6th November. Anyone wishing to pay their last respects could do so by being outside his house when the hearse leaves at 1.30
